Adding to this year’s Marine Festival will be heaps of family fun in Mulherin Park, where showgoers can enjoy rides for the kids, food and entertainment and, with even more exhibitors attending than last year, products ranging from offshore fishing boats, tinnies, fibreglass boats, engines and PWCs, to marine electronics and accessories.
Club Marine Qld State Manager, Brett Edmonds says Club Marine is proud to support this key boat show in north Queensland, and invites attendees to visit the Club Marine stand.
Marine Queensland Events Manager, Jason Plant said forget the mining boom – Mackay was bursting with boats: “Outside of the Gold Coast, Mackay has the highest number of boats per resident in Queensland,” said Plant.
Like last year, admission to the event at Mackay Marina is free. For more information, go to: www.mackaymarinefestival.com.au.
