Club Marine supports Festival of Sails - Geelong

Club Marine, Australia’s market leader in recreational boat insurance, is a proud supporter of Festival of Sails - Geelong and is thrilled to come aboard as the 2016 and 2017 Marine Insurance Partner.

Club Marine’s CEO Simon McLean is looking forward to the much-loved regatta and is pleased to continue Club Marine’s ongoing support.

“As a committed supporter of boating in Australia, Club Marine is pleased to announce that we are continuing our sponsorship of the Festival of Sails - Geelong,” said McLean. “As one of Australia’s oldest sporting events, Festival of Sails - Geelong combines a unique mix of regattas with a spectacular seashore festival and we’re proud of our longstanding involvement with this iconic sailing event.

“This year Club Marine will be supporting a number of our members by sponsoring the Club Marine Cruising with Spinnaker Series, and we wish all competitors fair winds and following seas.”

Across the classes – from off-the-beach junior dinghies to oceangoing race yachts – sailing is an important part of Australia’s sporting culture and is embedded in Club Marine’s heritage.

“Club Marine is committed to supporting the Australasian marine industry. We’re always on the lookout for ways to engage with our members, and with event participants and spectators. We look back on a long history of supporting local initiatives and events, and are delighted to be a part of what makes our great Aussie and Kiwi outdoor lifestyle so enjoyable,” said McLean.
