Mustang 4600 Sports Top

The new Sports Top model of the Mustang 4600 Sports Cruiser offers year-round all weather comfort.

The 4600 has a fully air-conditioned cockpit, electric sunroof and two air-conditioned double staterooms each with their own separate ensuites.

Riviera 42 Flybridge

Riviera launched the new 42 at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show in Queensland.

Measuring 1.1 metres longer than the Riviera 40, the 42 has a refined hull with modified planing strakes and chine section and top-mounted deck cleats in the transom corners for easy tying up.

Inside there are two heads, including an ensuite to the master stateroom, a second cabin that can sleep three adults, a spacious saloon complete with electric hot plates, convection microwave and upright refrigerator.

To entertain guests Riviera has provided a CD player, flat screen television, VCR and DVD player.

240 Outrage

The 240 Outrage is the latest addition to the Boston Whaler centre-console offshore fishing range.

Measuring 7.2m with a beam of 2.55m, the 240 Outrage has a 568.5-litre fuel capacity and can be rigged with single or dual engines.

Features include a portable head with pump out, an opaque acrylic door for the electronics box with two lockable latches to secure unattended equipment, a low-profile stainless steel bow rail, a folding stern bench seat and a freshwater shower located in the walk-through area.

Options such as a Clarion AM/FM digital stereo with CD player and four waterproof speakers, anchor windlass, cooler and bait preparation station and an additional 25 gallon livewell are also available.

The 240 Outrage features the company’s unsinkable Unibond construction and comes with a 10-year limited transferable warranty.

Stacer 605 OceanRunner

Stacer has introduced a new model for 2003 – the 605 Ocean Runner, the largest of the Stacer range.

Designed for offshore fishing, the boat is fitted with a high-mounted windscreen, a 115-litre underfloor fuel tank, hydraulic steering, a Mod Pod transom and Stacer’s Evo hull design for a softer ride and greater stability.

The cabin comes equipped with bunk storage lockers, side pockets, fully upholstered seats, five-foot-long bunks and cabin box seats with storage underneath.

An accessory kit is standard with the 605 Ocean Runner and includes an auto bilge pump, navigation lights, rod holders and a rear ladder.

Options such as a bimini, front clears, cabin cushions and bunk infill, cutting board, ski hook, transom door and a live bait tank are also available.

At 6.25m, the 605 Ocean Runner can carry six adults, weighs 750kg and has a maximum engine capacity of 150hp.

Streaker 5.45m Sirocco

Streaker Boats has launched the new Streaker 5.45 Sirocco Series II Runabout.

Based on the previous 545 Series 1 model, the 545 Sirocco has a 2.49m beam, a variable deadrise hull with a nominal deadrise of 20 degrees at the transom and a wide line cockpit profile with enough room for four adults at the aft end.

The 545 has a new deck design, a raked screen, a moulded bowsprit, split stainless steel bow rails and a walk through section. It is powered by a Yamaha outboard with a minimum rating of 115hp and a maximum of 175hp. Two and four-stroke models are available within this range.

Streaker offers a number of seating options including a single pedestal-mounted bucket seat for the helm position, or if required, dual-mounted bucket seats up front.

Navigation lights, CD stereo, compass, carbon fibre dash and steering wheel, ski pole, carpet, bilge pump, Targa canopy, hydraulic steering, Lowrance sounder, stainless steel boarding ladder come standard with the 545 Sirocco.

Savage SL Series

Savage Boats has announced the release of the new Savage SL Series, which will be available on all mid and larger size cuddy cabins, runabouts, centre-console and bowrider models.

According to Savage, the SL Series hull shape introduces transom designs that can carry heavier and larger engines.

The design allows for faster planing, tighter tracking, sharper steering and includes lower chine flats for greater stability at rest.

Models in the SL Series will feature newly upholstered forward and rear seats, stainless steel ski hooks, cross bollard, passenger handrail, bow and stern rails and a walk through bow.

The SL Series comes complete with a two-year warranty.
