New record 95,247 circulation for Australia’s premier AMAA-audited magazine!
Club Marine Magazine has once again been confirmed as Australia’s highest circulation audited magazine by the Audited Media Association of Australia (AMAA), in addition celebrating its highest-ever paid circulation figure!
Club Marine’s Australian circulation was confirmed as 90,456 (95,247 including NZ), making it by far Australia’s highest circulation AMAA audited magazine.
The latest paid circulation figures represent an increase of more than 4 per cent over our previous figure of 91,403 for the July/Dec 2017 period, confirming it as one of the largest audit increases ever recorded for the magazine.
The result is outstanding for a print title and confirms that quality content and presentation is still very much valued by magazine audiences, says Club Marine publisher and CEO, Simon McLean.
“The latest AMAA results are confirmation that Club Marine continues to deliver compelling and informative content to its boating readers, who are remaining loyal to the title at a time when print media is under unprecedented pressure,” said McLean.
“It’s a great result for Club Marine, but also represents a great opportunity for advertisers who are keen to reach an AB demographic with high disposable income and proven purchasing habits,” he said.
“In particular, we believe our audience is primed and ready for automotive advertisers as we already carry a number of car reviews each addition, particularly for people looking for a tow vehicle for their boat.
“Our readers, by definition, are boating enthusiasts spread across all boating types and activities, from jetskis to luxury power cruisers and everything in between,” said McLean.
While some media organisations have withdrawn from the AMAA audit, McLean says Club Marine remains committed to the independent audit process.
“We are proud to underline Club Marine’s performance and value by participating in the AMAA audit,” he said.
“It allows advertisers and planners to accurately determine the effectiveness and validity of a campaign by providing an independent and transparent circulation measuring process. And we think that is important.”
