Special Conditions

We may ask you to provide a Condition or Inspection report to help us understand the seaworthiness and overall condition of your boat. In the event of a claim you may be required to provide any service records relevant to your boat. Custom-built boats and vessels of wooden or steel construction require an inspection report, regardless of age.

Getting a report may also help give you peace of mind for the safety of you and your passengers.

Your local marine dealer or service centre will be able to perform the required inspection and complete the report.

Risk Evaluation & Survey

A survey can be completed by any Qualified Marine Surveyor. Alternatively, a Local Shipwright can complete the Risk Evaluation report. Please note, both report types require the boat be inspected out of the water.

Rigging Report

Allows us to qualify the current condition and serviceability of your mast, spars and rigging, and will also provide us with the age and life expectancy of your standing rigging.
