Personal Assist helps you sort out vehicle or transport rental in the case of an accident, both on and off the water, and accommodation for you and your passengers when your boat is away from your home or home port. We can also put you in touch with the right services for emergency medical advice and maintenance.
Vehicle Assist covers you when you’re transporting your boat by trailer. You get roadside assistance when you’re towing your boat, or travelling to and from your boat. We’ll help you jumpstart a flat battery, change a tyre, get spare keys, provide you with emergency fuel, and tow your vehicle and/or trailer to our nearest approved repairer.
Members get 24/7 access to support, advice, directions, and services. We’ll provide you with information on service centres, marina locations, volunteer marine rescue coordination, and even tide times and weather reports.
Your boat isn’t always on the water, so Trailer Assist covers your trailer during those times too. We can help you change flat tyres, make minor mechanical repairs, arrange emergency towing to the nearest approved repairer, and arrange transport to get you and your boat back home.
